That's what Germany's Hansa is doing with Hansacanyon, by adding LEDs that change color as a function of water temperature so you can see when it's hot or cold. Also included; precise temperature control, for sinks, baths and showers."
This is one of those kick-yourself-in-the-shin ideas. Why the heck didn't someone think of this sooner? Absolutely brilliant.
